DUST FREE CASTORS

Smooth operation, Zero percent dust and fluff free are the salient features of castor wheels. Made of zinc electro plated pressed steel body with thrust bearings for swivel movement and axial bearing for linear movement. Size of 60mm and 80mm with high quality nylon/polyurethane wheels are available. Our quest for quality starts right from design and ends at customer point. Pressed Steel Type : Incorporating single and double ball race construction. The balls run in tracks formed in the top plate pressings which are secured together by a heavily riveted steel kingpin.

Swivel Castors : The wheel and fork rotate a full 360° while the mounting plate remains fixed and stationary. This makes for easy maneuverability and maximum flexibility of operation.

Ball Journal Bearing : With precision bearings, frictional is reduced to a minimum. A shield is provided so that the grease is retained and grit and dust is eliminated. This offers maximum rolling ease when handling the load.

Dynamic castors are available with both Tapeze and Square bases in 3 – 4 inch sizes.

SLIVER CANS FOR DRAWING

Sliver Can respond to the individual needs of each customer with custom-designed solutions. The reliability of our products begins at the design and production stage, where the emphasis is on precision and defect free manufacture. We have installed a pool of flexible fabrication and machining centers for rivetless can making. Thus substantially simplifying the adaptation of our production system to different product mixes.

Sliver Cans are made from virgin quality high density polyethylene sheets. The smooth seamless cylindrical body ensures that sliver damage is prevented. Provided with a kicking band for extra protection. Comes with a dust free swivel castors for maximum maneuverability.

High quality springs

Springs are made of special high quality carbon spring steel wire. The controlled manufacturing process of spring for the required sliver weight right from automatic winding to numerically controlled heat treatment process, ensures the tilt free position of the top plate throughout the working performance of the can. Spring bottom plate (PP), PVC coated strings and adjustable hooks holds the spring firmly also do not damage the can inner surface. To ensure uniform up and down movement and perfect flat positioning of top plate, a scissors action welded pantograph system is provided with ABS/PP top plates up to 24 inch diameter and galvanized top plates from 700mm diameter.

CAN Accessories

Smoothly finished Top Ring and Top Band (Stainless Steel, Galvanized steel, chrome plated steel) are rigidly fitted in the can to maintain roundness and also to prevent ovality. GI Embossed Bottom Plate and Rim give a sturdy support to the can and castors. Top plates are made of ABS/PP material with sturdy base and anti-slip finish provides better grip to the sliver without rupturing the fibers. Rigid Galvanized top plates are provided for cans of diameter from 700 mm.
