Conical Rings
Considering the need for up-gradation and improvement in wear and tear properties for better life and performance, we have now launched an advanced version of our normal conical and vertical rings.
These rings are made from special type of alloy steel and have the following features :
Fine grain micro structure matrix for even and uniform friction properties.
Special CAM process to improve the ring profile. The process ensures precise control on the profile of the rings.
Special Heat treatment process to give absolutely uniform micro-structure.
After hardening, the rings are subjected to a high technology process to enhance the wear resistance and for smooth gliding movement of the traveller.
This helps in generating consistent quality of yarn, which is very important in high value wool fibre production.
The state of art manufacturing process ensures controlled Ovality to give better working parameters.
The conical rings are manufactured in all sizes and of all heights - 9.1 mm, 11.1 mm, 17.4 mm.
Vertical rings range from 6.4 mm to 50.8 mm height.

Top Driven (Suspended) AC Flyers

The top driven (suspended) flyer is a further addition to the range of new generation flyers. These flyers incorporate all the advantages of the closed type AC flyers and also offer additional advantages

A steel presser provides uniform pressure throughout the bobbin built-up. This results in compact bobbin with uniform winding

SYC Flyers

SYC flyers are designed to replace the old age steel flyers. Made from lightweight aluminium alloy, the SYC flyer has been well accepted by the industry. SYC flyers are superior in performance compared to the steel flyers. Although outdated technology, we continue to make SYC flyers for those customers who need them for specific application.

Pressers

The presser helps in compact and uniform winding of the bobbin. The presser is made from aluminium or steel, depending upon the type of the flyer. We supply a wide variety of pressers for different types of flyers such as SYC, AC and AC suspended. For special applications like worsted and acrylic spinning, we offer pressers with wear resistant treatment to enhance the life of the presser.

False Twisters

False Twisters impart a false twist to the roving, thus strengthening it as well as helping to avoid the liberation of loose fibres in the flyer. Secondly, the false twister serves as a guide to the roving as it enters the hollow arm. We supply a range of false twisters moulded from rubber, polyurethane or PVC depending on the application. These twisters are designed for various makes of speed frames and are compatible with all popular make of flyers.
