AUTOMATIC ROTARY BALE PLUCKER
is suitable to pluck various gradesv of cotton mixing of fibres from different bales. Bale pluker is also suitable for processing blends.
HIGH SPEED CONDENSOR
is used for effective suction of material from bale plucker and conveying material to next machine. Micro dust shall also be removed effectively.

GRAVITY TRAP ( SPEED SEPARATOR) - GT
This equipment helps effective removal of seeds, sands, leather bits, ferrous and non-ferros materials etc., using air technique. Adjustable segments provided for better extraction. It is a safety device equipment. Magnets shall also be provided additionally with inlet mouth against specific requirement. This is recommended for Linear Automatic Bale Plucker & Circular Bale Plucker Machines.

This is fabricated with large perforated teflon coated cage. Also provided separate fan and stripper roller beater for effective dust removal and continious conveying of material between machines without chocking.

FINE OPENER - RV

Best machine provided with double edged feed rollers with adjustable grid section for effective trash removal. This cleaner has a fully spiked roll. It can also be equipped with a kirschner
four-lag beater roll. This machine is usually used at the end of the cotton cleaning line. There is removes from cotton an amount of stubborn impurities which are not insignificant in relation to the overall cleaning effieiency of the installation.

PRE-OPENERPre opener equipment is designed with two and five meter Length feed conveyor and with three beaters for better openeing and cleaning of cotton as well as polyeste material. Hoods provided for collection of micro dust. If need be, conveyor feed table on the delivery side can be provided to the
required length for segregation of collected contaminted items
in cotton.

BALE PLUCKER MAGNET BAR ASSEMBLY This is used in TRUTZSCHLER, LWM, RIETER, CROROL, and MARZOLI Automatic bale plucker lines. This magnet bar assembly is alos suitable for any make of circular bale plucker machines.
